Probably from mid to late 1980s This Bicycle has been kept indoors in workshop since i got from original owner! Shortest  and newest of GBOL's 4 Voyageurs. These are sweet machines, great balance of strength and lightweight for a bike that can handle long rides and extra load. Parts all good to great quality. These were sold for about 500 to 600 new in mid-late 1980s, when your standard road sport bikes(i.e. Schwinn world sport) was about $250, Letour may have been about 350. But due to its age of 30+ years, i could change grease and.or balls. I stock grade 25 balls and phil wood grease and do this Very regularly. But since this bike has limited miles, i leave this decision to new buyer. PERSONALLY, if i would also change some of the shifting housing to make crisper shifting. Some scuffs scratches, paint chips do exist, THERE ARE a couple  Paint Touch ups on left side, done ok not great. There is no rust apparent even small spots where paint came off, very clean underneath! structure great, no rust! Maintain a fleet of bikes for lending, rental, and have dozens of repeat customers over 25 years. So i do learn the good and bad things of practices and products over time. Also do bike services for folks who NEED bikes on low budgets for none or unreasonable amounts, and am willing to take for unreasonable amounts!! Do  try hard to portray bikes and parts fairly and openly. I do not like passing on bad parts, wastes everyone's time and efforts. So we work a bit slowly, but the quality is predictable. Any of the few helpers working on GBOL's bikes are trained to do fundamentals first.  They would have inspected/measured  major parts for history, and then look at moving parts for current adjustment. Then we marinate the bikes joints for days, to take apart carefully, not in a rush. We try to preserve as much of the original parts as possible. Changing parts when excessively worn, or to benefit of new usage. Balls/grease are an exception, they are changed precautionarily often.
